Our stainless steel mesh is produced using premium grade wires such as 304, 304L, 316, и 316L:

• 304 Мрежа от неръждаема стомана: Offers good resistance to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures. It is the standard choice for general industrial applications.

We offer a wide range of specifications from 1 mesh to 400 мрежа (higher mesh counts available upon request). Wire diameters range from 0.025mm to 6.0mm. Standard roll widths include 0.914m, 1.0м, 1.2м, 1.5м, and custom cutting is available.

Weaving Patterns

To meet different application requirements, we provide several weaving structures:

• Plain Weave: Each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire. This creates a tight, square mesh opening that resists deformation, suitable for general screening and filtration.

• Twill Weave: Each warp wire passes over two or more weft wires alternately, resulting in larger openings and a softer, more flexible mesh. Ideal for applications requiring higher flow rates.

• Dutch Weave (also known as Dutch Twill): Features thicker warp wires and thinner, densely packed weft wires. This produces a flat surface with very high filtration precision, used for fine liquid filtration and gas distribution.

• Welded Mesh: The intersections are welded rather than woven, creating a rigid structure for fencing, animal cages, and industrial guarding.
