Our stainless steel mesh is produced using premium grade wires such as 304, 304L, 316, y 316L:

304 Malla de acero inoxidable: Offers good resistance to acids, álcalis, y altas temperaturas. It is the standard choice for general industrial applications.

316 Malla de acero inoxidable: Contains molybdenum for enhanced resistance to chloride corrosion, making it ideal for marine environments, procesamiento químico, y aplicaciones farmacéuticas.
We offer a wide range of specifications from 1 mesh to 400 malla (higher mesh counts available upon request). Wire diameters range from 0.025mm to 6.0mm. Standard roll widths include 0.914m, 1.0metro, 1.2metro, 1.5metro, and custom cutting is available.
Weaving Patterns
To meet different application requirements, we provide several weaving structures:

Tejido liso: Each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire. This creates a tight, square mesh opening that resists deformation, suitable for general screening and filtration.

Tejido de sarga: Each warp wire passes over two or more weft wires alternately, resulting in larger openings and a softer, more flexible mesh. Ideal for applications requiring higher flow rates.

Tejido holandés (also known as Dutch Twill): Features thicker warp wires and thinner, alambres de trama densamente empaquetados. This produces a flat surface with very high filtration precision, used for fine liquid filtration and gas distribution.

Malla soldada: The intersections are welded rather than woven, creating a rigid structure for fencing, animal cages, and industrial guarding.
