Stainless steel wire mesh is a fundamental material widely used in industrial filtration, triagem, protection, and architectural decoration. Known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and stable physical properties, it performs reliably even in harsh environments. It is manufactured by weaving or welding high-quality stainless steel wires into uniform openings with a flat, smooth surface.

Materiais & Especificações

Our stainless steel mesh is produced using premium grade wires such as 304, 304L, 316, e 316L:

  • 304 Malha de aço inoxidável: Offers good resistance to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures. It is the standard choice for general industrial applications.

  • 316 Malha de aço inoxidável: Contains molybdenum for enhanced resistance to chloride corrosion, making it ideal for marine environments, processamento químico, and pharmaceutical applications.

We offer a wide range of specifications from 1 mesh to 400 malha (higher mesh counts available upon request). Wire diameters range from 0.025mm to 6.0mm. Standard roll widths include 0.914m, 1.0eu, 1.2eu, 1.5eu, and custom cutting is available.

Weaving Patterns

To meet different application requirements, we provide several weaving structures:

  • Plain Weave: Each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire. This creates a tight, square mesh opening that resists deformation, suitable for general screening and filtration.

  • Twill Weave: Each warp wire passes over two or more weft wires alternately, resulting in larger openings and a softer, more flexible mesh. Ideal for applications requiring higher flow rates.

  • Dutch Weave (also known as Dutch Twill): Features thicker warp wires and thinner, densely packed weft wires. This produces a flat surface with very high filtration precision, used for fine liquid filtration and gas distribution.

  • Welded Mesh: The intersections are welded rather than woven, creating a rigid structure for fencing, animal cages, and industrial guarding.
